Ollie Bolwell

Ollie Bolwell serves as the Head of Strategy & Incubation at OVO since November 2021, focusing on the incubation and development of new business areas and leading various teams across the decarbonisation portfolio. With prior roles including People Transformation Lead in both Commercial Growth and general strategy within OVO, Ollie has a robust background in organizational design, people strategy, and growth planning. Additionally, Ollie is a Board Member at Empower Translate and a Business Mentor with the Small Business Charter, providing support to SME leaders and facilitating growth planning. Previously, Ollie worked as a Management Consultant at EY and as a Project Manager at BBC, where strategic design and organizational development were key responsibilities. Ollie holds a Master's in Management and Leadership and a Bachelor's in Sports Coaching, alongside several other educational qualifications from Cardiff Metropolitan University and Balcarras School.
