Casey Francis

Casey Francis has a diverse range of work experience. Most recently, they worked as a Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Empowered Education starting in October 2022. Before that, Casey held the same role at Cro Metrics from October 2021 to September 2022.

From 2019 to 2021, Casey served as an Email Marketing Manager at Feeding America, where they developed email and SMS plans, utilized testing and performance metrics, supervised agency involvement, trained junior staff, and assisted in content creation and community management of social channels.

Prior to Feeding America, Casey worked at Sierra Club from 2016 to 2019. They held the role of Senior Digital Strategist in the Our Wild America campaign from September 2017 to October 2019, and earlier, the role of Digital Strategist in the same campaign from January 2016 to September 2017. In these positions, Casey crafted and executed region-specific digital strategies, developed onboarding practices, and trained staff to improve digital competency.

From 2008 to 2014, Casey worked at the Center for Rural Affairs as a Communications & Design Associate. They also served as an Intern in 2008. Additionally, Casey had a role as an Adjunct English Instructor at Quincy University from August 2011 to May 2012, and as a Graduate Student, Instructor, and Writing Tutor at New Mexico Highlands University from August 2009 to May 2011.

Starting in August 2006, Casey was a Resident Assistant at Quincy University. They also held the position of Communications Manager and Assistant Tumbling Team Coach at Gem City Gymnastics & Tumbling, LLC from August 2004 to August 2014.

Casey Francis holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in English with an emphasis in Creative Writing from New Mexico Highlands University. Prior to that, Casey obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English with a minor in Studio Art from Quincy University. In addition to these academic qualifications, Casey has obtained various certifications including HubSpot Marketing Software and Email Marketing from HubSpot Academy in August 2022. Casey also holds a Scrum Fundamentals Certification obtained in May 2019 from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
