Empowering Farmers Foundation (EFF) is a non-profit organization that supports small-scale farmers in Kenya, Mozambique, Tanzania and Zambia to become wealthier, climate adaptive & food secure.

The foundation designs and implements sustainable, community-centered programs that equip farmers with everything they need to grow trees and crops that generate income, improve food security, and climate resilience.

Over the last 10 years, our programs have reached more than 220,000 farming families by increasing productivity, enhancing market linkages, strengthening farmer organizational capacity, and empowering farmers to approach agriculture as a business.
