Jarica Peterson

Jarica Peterson has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and operations. Most recently, they worked as the Director of HR Technology at EmpowerMe Wellness since March 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Operations & Integration at Tandem HR from February 2021 to December 2021. From October 2018 to February 2021, they served as the VP of HR and Operations at Peopable. Before that, they worked at Harmony HR as the Manager of Human Resources from May 2017 to October 2018. In their earlier career, they gained experience at RehabCare, where they held multiple roles including Direct Bill Manager, Rehab Agency Coordinator, and SWOT Recruiter from 2007 to 2017. Prior to RehabCare, they worked as a Recruiter at Thrivent Financial for Lutherans from 2005 to 2007, and also served as a Recruiting Assistant/Staffing Coordinator at RehabCare from 2003 to 2005.

Jarica Peterson earned an Associate's degree in General Studies from Kaskaskia College between 1996 and 1998. Jarica then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications and Multi Media from Lindenwood University, completing it between 1998 and 2000.
