Mary Edwards

Mary Edwards, OTR/L, is an experienced occupational therapist currently employed at EmpowerMe Wellness since May 2023. Previously, Mary worked as an occupational therapist at Friendship Village from October 2021 to May 2023 and as a rehabilitation technician at Barrington Orthopedic Specialists from February 2020 to October 2021. Additionally, Mary has experience as a childcare provider from August 2017 to October 2021 and completed Level II fieldwork at Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital and St. Bernards Healthcare in 2021. Earlier roles include a rehabilitation aide at Athletico from October 2017 to September 2020 and a swim instructor for Schaumburg Park District from March 2013 to January 2018. Mary holds a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from North Central College, a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Elmhurst University, and both an Associate of Science and an Associate of Arts from Harper College.
