Vinícius Souza

Vinícius Souza has a diverse work experience, starting as a Growth Hacker at ESCALE Brasil in 2017 and later holding various roles such as Head of Talent Hacking and Growth Strategist Lead at Zup Innovation. Vinícius served as a Director of Marketing at eduK and a Growth Advisor at banco BV before taking on positions at Coderhouse, grupoQ, Almavida, Agência Amithiva, and finally, Empregos.com.br. Vinícius'sresponsibilities have spanned strategy, growth marketing, product marketing, and teaching, showcasing their expertise in driving growth and success across different industries.

Vinícius Souza completed a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems at FIAP in 2015. Vinícius pursued further education with a Tecnólogo degree in Técnico em Informática at Senac from 2008 to 2010. Continuing their education, Vinícius attended FIAP from 2019 to 2021 to study Marketing and Data Science. In 2023 and 2024, they completed an Executive MBA in Marketing Executive at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, along with a Marketing Director Course at NEXT MBA. Moreover, Vinícius also obtained various certifications in different fields such as Product Management and Digital Product Leadership.
