Rhona Driggs

Rhona Driggs is the current CEO of Empresaria Group plc. Rhona was previously the President Global Solutions at Volt Consulting Group from June 2016 to November 2018. Her responsibilities included managing services provider (MSP) programs, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), and total talent management (TTM). Driggs was also the Executive Vice President at Volt Workforce Solutions from July 1996 to June 2018. Prior to that, they held various positions at Kelly Services from September 1990 to July 1996, including office automation manager, district recruiting manager, selling branch manager, Western US partnered staffing sales (OCG), and regional sales manager. Driggs began their career at Honeywell in January 1984 as an HR representative.
