Javiera Oliva

Javiera Oliva currently serves as Subgerente de Productos Financieros at Empresas La Polar S.A. since November 2017, where responsibilities include creating and implementing sales strategies for financial products and developing a new prepaid card for a specific customer segment using agile methodologies. Prior to this role, Javiera Oliva worked at CMR Falabella from August 2014 to October 2017 as a Product Manager focused on marketing for various card products and partnerships, overseeing the execution of marketing plans and digital campaigns. Earlier experiences include acting as Coordinating Assistant in the Sales Management course at Universidad de Chile and providing marketing consultancy for different companies. Javiera Oliva holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and a degree in Business Engineering from Universidad de Chile, as well as having participated in an exchange program at Syracuse University.
