Leomar Soares

Leomar Soares has a solid background in operational excellence and continuous improvement, currently serving as Analista de Excelência Operacional II at Randoncorp since March 2020, following roles as Analista de Melhoria Contínua Jr, Analista de Processo I, and Estágio em Engenharia de Processo. Prior to this, Leomar held the position of Preparador de Ferramentas at Eaton from June 2016 to April 2020, where responsibilities included tool management, preparation of tools, and analysis of wear on cutting tools. Leomar holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Anhanguera Educacional, completed in 2023.
