Milanka Polanco

Milanka Polanco has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at IpsosChile since June 2021. Prior to this role, Milanka spent several years at Empresas SB, where positions included Analista de Reclutamiento and Analista de Selección from October 2015 onwards. Milanka's experience also includes a position as a Pasante en Cedeti at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile from April 2016 to June 2021, and an earlier role as Asistente de DO at Enaex S.A., contributing to the update of job descriptors within the company's internal regulations. Milanka holds a Licenciatura in Psychology from Diego Portales, obtained between 2009 and 2013, and has additional educational experience from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in 2008.
