Deborah Ruemler

Deborah Ruemler is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in training and development. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Human Resources Division Manager at Emprise Bank since January 2009, Deborah has successfully defined training strategies that align with organizational goals and revitalized the training function. Prior to this role, Deborah held the position of Director of Training & Development at Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, where a comprehensive learning strategy was championed to support company-wide initiatives. Additionally, experience includes managerial roles at Darden Restaurants and Walgreens, focusing on instructional design and training program implementation. Deborah Ruemler holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Northeastern Illinois University and a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
