Jason Fredrick has a diverse work experience in maritime engineering and management. Jason started their career in 1996 in the US Navy, where they held various roles, including Chief Engineer, Repair Manager, Repair Officer, Ship Systems Inspector, and Elevator Program Manager. During their time in the Navy, Jason managed and supervised the maintenance and repairs of patrol boats, landing crafts, amphibious assault ships, and other naval vessels. Jason also conducted comprehensive inspections of damage control and propulsion systems and oversaw the operation of weapons elevators. Jason's work in the Navy earned him several accolades, including a Navy Commendation Medal. In 2022, they joined Emprise Corporation as a Senior Maritime Engineer.

In 2011, Jason Fredrick pursued further education at Excelsior University. Jason obtained an Associate in Applied Science degree in Technical Studies with a concentration in Electromechanical Technology. At a later date, they also earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Excelsior University.

In addition to their formal education, Jason Fredrick also received a Vocational Equivalency from the American Council on Education for their cumulative Navy training and experience, earning him 151 college credits in March 2022.
