Joseph Rubino, CAPM

Joseph Rubino, CAPM has over two decades of work experience in various roles and industries. Joseph recently joined EmPRO Insurance as a Project Manager I in April 2021. Prior to that, Joseph worked at Physicians' Reciprocal Insurers for almost 17 years, starting as an Underwriting Assistant in the Hospital Division and working their way up to become a Business Analyst III. Joseph also served as a Project Manager in the Hospital Division during their tenure. Before joining Physicians' Reciprocal Insurers, Joseph was a Investigations/Project Team Leader at AutoOne Insurance and a Customer Service Department/Project Team Member at Empire BlueCross BlueShield. Overall, Joseph has a strong background in project management and analysis in the insurance industry.

Joseph Rubino, CAPM, holds an Associates degree in Business from Farmingdale State College, which they obtained from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed a Liberal Arts degree in Business from Nassau Community College between 1994 and 1996. In July 2010, Joseph obtained the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
