Matthew Ouellette

Matthew Ouellette has a diverse work experience in the insurance and retail industries. Matthew began their career at Contour Design, Inc. in 2013, where they worked as a Retail Sales and Shuttle Account Manager and later became a Brand Manager. In 2014, Matthew joined Progressive Insurance as a Claims Adjuster, specializing in Total Loss claims. Matthew then transitioned to the role of Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster and eventually became part of the Coverage Verification Team as a Claims Specialist. In 2021, Matthew moved to Polly, where they served as an Insurance Operations Analyst and was later promoted to the position of Senior Insurance Operations Analyst in 2022.

Matthew Ouellette obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Plymouth State University, which they attended from 2011 to 2013. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including the Legal Principles Claims Specialists certification from the American Educational Institute, Inc., which they obtained in November 2017. Matthew also holds a Property & Casualty Adjuster License for CT, NH, RI, and VT, which they obtained in October 2014.
