Alex Saunders has a diverse work experience spanning a variety of roles and industries. They started their career in the United States Army Reserve, where they served as both a Fuel Supply Specialist and a Squad Leader. During their time in the Army, Alex was recognized for their exceptional performance and leadership skills.

Following their military service, Alex transitioned to a sales role as a Territory Sales Manager at Altria. Afterward, they joined Paycom as a Human Capital Consultant, where they gained experience in consulting and client relations.

Most recently, Alex has been working at Empyrean, where they have held several positions. They started as a Client Service Manager and gradually progressed to Senior Client Service Manager, Director of Operations and Client Services in Minneapolis, and Senior Director of Operations and Client Services. Currently, Alex holds the role of Vice President of Client Services.

Throughout their career, Alex has demonstrated strong leadership, client service, and operations management skills.

Alex Saunders studied Business Administration, Management, and Operations at The University of Kansas, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree.
