Alok Thakar

Alok Thakar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementation management and systems analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Implementation Manager at Empyrean Benefit Solutions, Inc. since July 2015, Alok oversees client onboarding and ensures satisfaction during the implementation process. Prior to this role, Alok worked at Aon as a Lead Systems Analyst/Project Manager from April 2009 to July 2015 and gained significant expertise in human capital management consulting. Earlier experience includes a position as a Systems Analyst at Hewitt Associates LLC from May 2002 to March 2009 and a Programmer Analyst role at Apar Info Tech from February 2000 to July 2001. Alok holds a Master's Degree in Management Information Systems from Northern Illinois University, a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Oklahoma City University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from Gujarat University.
