Carlos Go Boncan

Carlos Go Boncan has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Carlos started their career at SAIC as a System Safety Engineer from May 2003 to June 2006. Carlos then joined Hamilton Sundstrand and held various positions including Project Engineer, Systems Engineer, Scheduler/Cost Analyst, and Lead Systems Engineer from June 2006 to June 2012. In 2012, they worked as a Software Development Manager at Faithful & Gould and later transitioned to Faithful+Gould as a Project Manager/Senior Systems Consultant. From 2013 to 2014, Carlos worked at Harris County Public Health and Environmental Services as a Lead Software Developer/UX Designer. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Engineering at Empyrean Benefit Solutions, Inc. starting from September 2020. Prior to this role, they also held the positions of Lead Web Architect and Web System Manager at the same company from October 2014 to September 2020. Additionally, Carlos has served as a Board Member at Spacetaker from 2003 to 2009.

Carlos Go Boncan earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business from 2008 to 2010. Carlos also completed the Systems Engineering Certification Program at Caltech from 2006 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Biomedical Engineering from Vanderbilt University from 1997 to 2001.
