Erin Ware

Erin Ware serves as the Director of Product Marketing at Empyrean, beginning in March 2024, where responsibilities include leading go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for a suite of benefits and employee experience solutions. Prior roles at Empyrean include Sr. Product Marketing Manager and Product Marketing Manager, focusing on product marketing strategies and channel initiatives. Erin's experience extends to Medallia as Sr. Manager Solutions Marketing, where a new commercial support and education product line was launched, and Maven Clinic as Product Marketing Manager and Sales Director. With a strong foundation in product education and support at ePropertyTax, as well as operational experience as co-founder of TG FOOD CONCEPTS LLC, Erin combines extensive marketing expertise with a background in sales and customer engagement. Erin holds a BA in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Arizona and has completed holistic life and executive coaching training, alongside Product Marketing certification from the Product Marketing Alliance.
