Maureen Gardner

Maureen Gardner has extensive experience in business development, sales, and relationship management. Maureen currently holds the position of Director, Business Development at Empyrean since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Ceridian from 2017 to 2022 as a Regional Sales Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing people and ensuring accuracy and visibility in the human capital management technology company serving more than 50 countries. From 2003 to 2016, Maureen held various roles at ADP, including Sr. Director, Strategic Client Partnerships, Director, Relationship Management, and Corporate Sales Manager. During their time at ADP, they focused on revenue retention, client engagement, and managing client bases. Furthermore, they played a crucial role in building the benefits services business for ADP Health & Welfare division by promoting and integrating benefits management platforms to clients. Prior to ADP, Maureen worked as a Senior Sales Representative at Employease from 2000 to 2003 and as a National Account Manager at Ceridian from 1995 to 2000.

Maureen Gardner obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Bowling Green State University. Maureen then pursued their passion in culinary arts by attending Cook Street School of Culinary Arts, where they completed the Professional Chef Curriculum in 2017. Prior to their higher education, Maureen attended Hopewell High School.
