Ramiro Candela has a strong background in workforce operations and management. Ramiro began their career in 1996 as a Customer Service Representative at First Data Corporation and eventually transitioned into roles as a Workforce Specialist and Workforce Manager. Ramiro then worked as a Workforce Manager at APAC Customer Services and later became a Global Workforce Manager at ACS, a Xerox Company. In 2006, they joined Aon Hewitt as a Workforce Operations Manager and eventually became a Customer Service Resource Manager. Ramiro joined Empyrean Benefit Solutions, Inc. in 2014 as a Director of Workforce Operations, responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of call center operations and workforce management. Ramiro also held the positions of Senior Manager and Workforce Operations during their time at Empyrean. Ramiro has strong expertise in workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, and software implementation.
Ramiro Candela attended the University of Phoenix from 2002 to 2004, where they studied Business Management and Information Technology.
