Tyler Lind

Tyler Lind is an experienced professional with a strong background in client services and strategic account management across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Head of Carrier Relations in the Client Experience Team at Empyrean since September 2022, Tyler has successfully developed partnerships with brokers, carriers, and consultants, contributing to $3 million in annual recurring revenue. Prior to this role, Tyler was the Assistant Vice President of Client Services at Sedgwick, leading a team to manage accounts that generated $40 million in revenue and achieving a 100% client retention rate. Additionally, Tyler served as Manager of Client Relationships at Securian Financial, where the management of 110 group life insurance clients resulted in $500 million in revenue and a 97% retention rate.
