Pavel Mik

Pavel Mik is an experienced quality management professional with a career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as Quality Manager at EMS Group since January 2016, Pavel oversees the quality management system (QMS), quality KPIs, and employee training while facilitating communication with customers and suppliers. Prior to this role, Pavel held positions as a Quality Engineer at TE Connectivity and CommScope, where responsibilities included 8D report management, corrective action implementation, and preparation for customer audits. Additionally, Pavel’s experience at Rompa Group involved process monitoring and internal audits. Pavel holds an engineering degree from Brno University of Technology, specializing in Metrology and Quality Control, and has further educational experience at Technische Universität Wien.
