Rick Mosteller

Rick Mosteller is currently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer at EMS Management & Consultants, Inc., and as the Chief Executive Officer at Palomar Aviation. With a background in aerospace engineering, Rick has held various leadership positions in companies such as Golden Hour Data Systems, Confluent Technologies, UpgradeBIZ Inc, CMstat, and United Technologies. Rick has also been involved in pilot training and aircraft rentals at the Platinum Cirrus Training Center.
