Irena Axelrod

Irena Axelrod is an experienced economist and budget controller with a strong background in financial management across various sectors. Currently employed at EMS Mekorot Projects Israel since July 2015, Irena prepares tenders for subcontractors, builds annual budgets, and oversees HR and manufacturing costs. Previous roles include senior economist at SPNI, where Irena managed budgetary control and profitability analysis, and financial analyst at ISS Israel, focused on division budget management and control. Irena also spent a decade at Maccabi Health Care Services overseeing large operational budgets. Irena holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from The College of Management Academic Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo.
