McKenna Hillshafer

McKenna Hillshafer is an experienced professional with a diverse background in emergency medical services and media. Currently serving as an Emergency Medical Technician and EMT Student at EMSA since August 2023, McKenna previously held various roles in radio and promotions, including Radio News Anchor and Traffic Reporter at Griffin Communications from July 2016 to October 2021. Earlier experience includes positions as a Promotions Coordinator at Cox Media Group and as Interim Promotions Director and On-air Personality at SHAMROCK COMMUNICATIONS. McKenna also worked as a Fraud and Chargeback Debit Card Specialist at BOK Financial and as a Curatorial Assistant at The Gilcrease Museum. McKenna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from The University of Tulsa, earned in 2004.
