Jim Parello

Jim Parello is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in marketing and business leadership roles across several major companies. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Emser Tile since April 2024, Jim Parello previously held key positions at JELD-WEN, Inc., where responsibilities included leadership of the North American Doors Business Unit and overseeing commercial excellence initiatives. Prior roles at JELD-WEN encompassed various levels of management in sales, global marketing, and operational strategy. Before JELD-WEN, Jim Parello contributed to Husqvarna as Director of Marketing and held several positions at Newell Rubbermaid, enhancing brand management and marketing strategies. Jim Parello holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Loyola University Maryland.
