Kirsten de Brabander has a background in Human Resources, with experience working in various HR roles in different companies. Currently, Kirsten holds the position of Manager HR - Europe & Asia Pacific at Emsere. Prior to this, Kirsten was the Capabilities Manager Europe at Formica Group Europe. Kirsten also worked as an HR Business Partner at Royal BAM Group nv and as an Executive Search Consultant at Ebbinge. Kirsten holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Hogeschool Leiden and a Pre-master & Master degree in Sociology from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
