Rakshinda Shah is an experienced Human Resources Generalist currently working at Emterra Group since September 2022, with a prior role in the same capacity at IZAAN LLC from August 2015 to December 2021. Shah began an academic career as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of South Florida from January 2012 to May 2015, following a position as Office Manager at the Tampa Bay Business Alliance from December 2010 to December 2011. Earlier experience includes serving as a Coordination Support Officer at the Mountain Institute for Education & Development from September 2008 to August 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Women's and Gender Studies and a Graduate Certificate in Humanitarian Assistance from the University of South Florida, as well as a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Fanshawe College. Shah also holds a Bachelor of Science in Development Studies from Iqra University.
