Shwan Lamei

Shwan Lamei is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and management across various industries. As the Co-founder and CEO of Emulate Energy since 2020, Shwan focuses on developing cost-effective and sustainable energy storage technology. Previously, from 2017 to 2020, Shwan served as the Director of Shared Services at Dover Corporation, where oversight included the offshoring of key functions and leading a team of 45 in Sales and Marketing. Additional roles include Management Consultant at Dover, Director of Corporate Development at SWEP from 2012 to 2016, and Area Sales Manager at SWEP from 2007 to 2011, where Shwan successfully penetrated Middle Eastern markets. Early career experiences include positions as a Market Analyst for Business Sweden and a Thesis Worker at Volvo Car Group. Shwan holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, along with education from Delft University of Technology and Technical University of Crete.
