Nazish Rafique

Nazish Rafique has a diverse work experience in the field of software quality assurance (SQA). Nazish started their career as an intern at the Institute of Optronics in Pakistan in 2012. Nazish then interned at ASH International in Rawalpindi, Pakistan in 2013. In 2014, they worked as an intern at the Ministry of Information Technology.

In 2017, Nazish joined AT Technology Services Ltd. as an SQA Engineer. Nazish'sresponsibilities included gathering business and functional requirements, documenting them, and discussing them with the development team. Nazish also developed test plans and wrote test cases for major and maintenance releases.

From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Convo.com. Initially, they started as an SQA Engineer and was responsible for understanding functional requirements, writing test cases, and performing various types of testing. Nazish later took on the role of SQA Lead, where they led SQA activities in product release testing, prepared test plans, and provided support to Scrum teams.

In 2020, Nazish joined Xgrid.co as an SQA Engineer - II. Nazish'sresponsibilities included creating detailed test plans, reviewing high-level requirements, and conducting various types of testing for major releases and maintenance patch releases.

In 2021, they joined Fiber Mountain as a Lead SQA Engineer. Nazish'sresponsibilities included creating test cases, test cycles, and test plans, allocating tasks to team members, and conducting daily QA stand-ups.

Currently, Nazish works at Retailo Technologies as a Lead SQA Engineer. Nazish is mainly involved in mobile app testing for the Android platform. Nazish is also leading the QA activities for a fintech project and working on new features and improvements.

Most recently, Nazish joined Emumba in 2022 as a Senior SQA Engineer.

Nazish Rafique completed a Master's degree in Software Engineering from the College of EME, NUST in 2016. Prior to that, they also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from APCOMS.
