Umair Shahzad

Umair Shahzad has worked as a Design Engineer at Axelerated Software since November 2021. Umair has also held the role of Design Engineer at Emumba since November 2021. At Emumba, they have been involved in the development of Low Latency High-Frequency Trading (HFT) software applications using C++. Umair has also worked on designing and developing a client-server model for multiple crypto exchanges and has experience with boost/beast C++ library and socket programming. Additionally, Umair has been responsible for the development of testing architecture and mock servers in C++ and Python to simulate different crypto exchanges. Umair has utilized Python scripting to automate quality assurance testing and has also conducted performance measurements for crypto connectors in a local lab setup. Furthermore, they have provided development and quality assurance services to D2S Inc., which is a supplier of GPU-acceleration solutions for semiconductor manufacturing.

Umair Shahzad completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences in the years 2017 to 2021. Before that, they pursued Pre-Engineering at Punjab College Blue Area Islamabad from 2015 to 2017.
