Awadh Al Shukaili

Awadh Al Shukaili has been working in the technology industry since 2008. Awadh began their career as a Trainee at Omantel, where they gained experience in telecommunication systems such as PDH, SDH, ATM and Ethernet. Awadh then moved on to work as a Software Engineer at the CRC for Biomedical Imaging Development Ltd, where they designed and implemented a Production Management System. In 2008, they also worked as a Software Developer for a Bachelor Degree Software Project at La Trobe University & Alfred Hospital, where they were responsible for developing the back-end of an Assets Management System. In 2009, they worked as a Software Engineer at the Bureau of Meteorology, where they designed and implemented a software that processes and visualizes data obtained from an array of Satellite dishes deployed in countries around the south pole. In 2014, they worked as a Contract Engineer at Orpic, and as a Business Intelligence Architect and System Engineer - HPC at Petroleum Development Oman. Finally, in 2018, they became the CTO & Co-Founder of eMushrif.

Awadh Al Shukaili completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Networks Engineering, First Class Honours (H1) from La Trobe University between 2006 and 2010. Prior to that, they attended The Sultan's School from 1998 to 2005 for their Secondary School education.
