Nikki Richardson

Nikki Richardson is an experienced Energy Engineer with a background in education and community leadership. Currently serving at EN-POWER GROUP since July 2018, Nikki has transitioned from roles as an Energy Analyst and Field Intern to focus on sustainable energy solutions. Prior experience includes teaching AP Physics and Physical Science at James Hillhouse High School, where Nikki developed culturally-responsive curricula. As a member of Teach For America, Nikki participated in extensive professional development aimed at improving educational outcomes in urban public schools. Leadership roles include serving as President and Captain of Stanford Women's Rugby, where Nikki facilitated team operations and community outreach initiatives. Additionally, Nikki gained practical experience in renewable energy while interning at blueEnergy Group, where hands-on installations and educational presentations on solar energy were undertaken. Nikki holds a Bachelor of Science in Atmosphere and Energy Engineering from Stanford University.
