Helen Dore

Helen Dore currently serves as the Head of Category Development at En Route International, specializing in food and beverage solutions for airlines since December 2023. Prior to this role, Helen held various positions in product development, including Development Controller at Bakkavor and interim Development Controller at Addo Food Group, where leadership of a 16-member team focused on new product development (NPD) was key. Helen also served as NPD Controller at Burton's Biscuit Company, managing a team of 13 across five sites to implement a diverse NPD plan, and previously worked as Customer Brand NPD Team Manager at Allied Bakeries, directing product development and collaboration across multiple retail customers. Helen holds a BSc in Agricultural Biochemistry & Nutrition from Newcastle University.
