Nicole Strachan is an experienced professional in the food development sector, currently serving as Head of Category Development for Bakery at En Route International since 2013, while also working as a Food NPD consultant. Previous roles include Food NPD consultant positions at Enterprise Inns from September 2014 to October 2018 and Food Development Manager at JD Wetherspoon from October 2005 to October 2010. Nicole has also held significant leadership roles, including Head of Product Development at Compass Group from April 2000 to September 2005 and Food Development Manager at Kates Cakes from 1999 to 2000. Educationally, Nicole holds a Cordon Bleu Diploma from Le Cordon Bleu London, completed in 1992, and attended Bedford High School from 1979 to 1990.
