Stephanie Booker MSc has a diverse work experience in the field of technical management, quality assurance, and health and safety. Stephanie is currently working as the Head of Technical at En Route International since April 2023. Stephanie Booker MSc completed their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Food Safety Management from the University of Central Lancashire, from 2016 to 2019. In addition to their degree, Stephanie also obtained several certifications. In January 2016, they earned a Level 3 MERIT award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering from The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health. In January 2017, they obtained another Level 3 MERIT Award in HACCP in Catering from the same institution. Lastly, in August 2017, Stephanie received the EAL Vocational Qualification Level 2 Award in Gas Safety Awareness from CORGI Technical Services Ltd.
