Stephanie Booker Msc

Stephanie Booker MSc has a diverse work experience in the field of technical management, quality assurance, and health and safety. Stephanie is currently working as the Head of Technical at En Route International since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Technical Manager at Boparan Restaurant Group from February 2021 to April 2023. Stephanie also served as a Centre Manager at KEYS Community Detox from May 2020 to January 2022. Stephanie worked as a Group Quality Assurance Manager at La Fromagerie from September 2020 to February 2021 and as a Regional QHSE Manager at Newrest from November 2019 to August 2020. Before that, they held management positions at Tourvest Retail Services, Travelopia, and TUI, where they gained expertise in compliance, food safety, and health and safety. Stephanie also has experience at Alpha Flight Services as a Product Safety Administrator for British Airways and at Jeanie Marshal Foods as a QA Technical Officer.

Stephanie Booker MSc completed their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Food Safety Management from the University of Central Lancashire, from 2016 to 2019. In addition to their degree, Stephanie also obtained several certifications. In January 2016, they earned a Level 3 MERIT award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering from The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health. In January 2017, they obtained another Level 3 MERIT Award in HACCP in Catering from the same institution. Lastly, in August 2017, Stephanie received the EAL Vocational Qualification Level 2 Award in Gas Safety Awareness from CORGI Technical Services Ltd.
