Gerard Santos

Gerard joined the ENA Care Group in June 2018. He has been working in healthcare since 1996. He started as a care assistant and over the years has gradually worked his way up to become a service manager in residential and supported living care. His background is with adults with learning difficulties and complex needs, which Gerard truly loved. After taking some time out in 2010, He returned to care by trying live-in care as well as office work as an assistant to his deputy manager. He enjoy his position with ENA immensely, looking after the south of England: Surrey, Hampshire, Kent, and Cambridgeshire. Care is the only thing he knows and thrives on so he plans to be around for a long while yet.
