Paula Duncan

Paula Duncan joined ENA in October 2020. Previous to this, she was a registered manager for a domiciliary service and extra care scheme and has only ever worked for two other companies. Over the years, and through hard work and determination, she has gained qualifications and experience and worked her way up to senior positions. Paula started working in the care sector 11 years ago as a part-time carer, to work around her children, and wish she had come into it sooner as she really enjoys working with the elderly and vulnerable. Although at times it could be hard work, it was also the most rewarding job she has done and she has learned so much history by talking to and listening to clients and their life stories. Paula has always strived for and worked hard to get the best outcomes for clients and their families, so they have a quality of life they can enjoy and will continue to enjoy here at ENA.
