Abou El Mahassine Fassi-Fihri has extensive experience in the field of peacebuilding and conflict resolution. Abou El Mahassine currently holds the position of Resident Representative at Enabel - The Belgian Development Agency. Prior to this role, Abou El Mahassine served as the West Africa Regional Director and Middle East and North Africa Director at Search for Common Ground. Abou El Mahassine also held the position of Regional Director, Europe at Search for Common Ground. Abou El Mahassine Fassi-Fihri has a Master's degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University and a Master's degree in International Humanitarian Assistance from Université catholique de Louvain.
