Baret Kilbacak

Baret Kilbacak is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality engineering and management. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Quality Engineering at Enable Injections, Inc., Baret leads the Quality Engineering Department and oversees a team in developing a Class II on-body drug delivery device. Prior to this role, Baret co-founded Poke Hut, the first poke shop in Cincinnati, successfully adapting the business during the COVID-19 pandemic. Baret's earlier career includes significant positions at GE Aviation as a Senior Customer Quality Manager and Lead Manufacturing Engineer, focusing on quality and engineering for aerospace applications. Baret earned a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University, augmented by participation in the Crotonville Alumni Leadership Program.
