Don VONDOHLEN III

Don VONDOHLEN III has over 20 years of work experience. Don began their career in 1999 as a PC Specialist at OfficeMax. In 2000, they became a Team Lead at Convergys, providing Tier II Escalation Support for Dial up Internet. From 2003 to 2004, they worked as a Baker/Cashier at Fuddruckers, baking goods from scratch recipes and handling cash register operations. From 2004 to 2008, they were an Account Manager at United Transport Tankcontainers, responsible for Logistic Account Management and handling imports and exports of petrochemicals in 20000ltr ISO Tank Containers. From 2008 to 2012, they were a Lead Usher at Harvest City Church, coordinating Ushers for Sunday services and ensuring visitors were greeted. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Regional Director at Steve Jackson Games, coordinating different demoers between stores and conventions in the Houston area and compiling monthly reports. From 2013 to 2019, they worked as a NOC Engineer (L3), Service Desk Lead L2, and Advanced Technical Support (Tier 2) at Aldridge. Most recently, from 2019 to present, they have been a Support Engineer at Enable Resource Group and a Help Desk Supervisor at DataVox.

Don VONDOHLEN III received a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Computer Science from the University of Houston between 2006 and 2008. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Computer Science from the Lone Star College System from 2001 to 2003.
