Melody Parlett

Melody Parlett has over 15 years of professional experience. In 2016, they became the Managing Director of Enable Resource Group, where they managed the operations of the Dallas/Fort Worth field office and staff, as well as developed client relations role and responsibilities for Enable. From 2011 to 2016, they were the Director of Operations and Special Events for Children at Irving Bible Church, providing leadership for the department and overseeing the operational functions of Children's Ministry for an average of 800 children each week. From 2008 to 2011, they worked at the University of North Texas in the Ombuds Office. From 2007 to 2008, they were the Deputy Campaign Manager for the Kay Granger Campaign. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Staffer for the U.S. House of Representatives. From 2004 to 2006, they were a Client Implementation Coordinator for Texas True Choice. From 2001 to 2004, they were a Customer Service Manager for Sincerely Yours.

Melody Parlett completed a Professional Certificate in Project Management from Southern Methodist University in 2018. Melody then earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the University of North Texas in 2011, with a field of study in Local Government Management. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations from the University of North Texas in 2005. Melody began their educational journey in 1998 at Pantego Christian Academy.
