Andy Kerr is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as an Executive Advisor and previously Chief Operating Officer at ENABLE Group since April 2019, Andy has significant experience in the non-profit sector as Chief Executive of Sense Scotland from September 2011 to April 2019. With a political background as a Member of the Scottish Parliament from May 1999 to May 2011 and roles as Health Minister and Finance Minister within the Scottish Government from September 2001 to May 2007, Andy has a strong understanding of public service. In addition to earlier positions with the National Association of Direct Labour Organisations, Andy holds an MBA in Business (2007-2010) and a degree in Social Sciences, Politics, and Sociology (1979-1982) from Glasgow Caledonian University.
