Katie McVey has extensive experience in operational leadership and strategic development, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Enable since March 2012, where Katie has held multiple titles including Director of Strategy & Development and Head of Strategic Development. Prior to this role, Katie held various positions at BuroHappold Engineering and Challenger Limited, starting as an Executive Assistant before advancing to regional operations. Early career accomplishments include serving as an Executive Assistant at SELECT BUILDING ENGINEERING SERVICES LIMITED and performing as a Professional Dancer in Lord of The Dance Dangerous Games. Katie holds an MBA from Strathclyde Business School and has completed specialized programs in strategic leadership and project management.
