Pedro also served as the Senior Automotive Key Accounts at GPAINNOVA | DLyte, driving the adoption of innovative electrochemical polishing solutions. Pedro has held senior positions at enabley, Scale Up Partner, Estampaciones Industriales S.A., pch interim, Compass Group, Celesio AG, and Conway. In these roles, they have demonstrated their expertise in business strategy, leadership, innovation, and operations management.

Pedro Cepeda Herreros has a diverse and extensive education history. Pedro began their education at Lycée Français de Madrid, where they completed their Baccalauréat de l'enseignement du second degré in C Mathématiques et Sciences from 1971 to 1986. Following this, they attended Universidad Pontificia Comillas from 1986 to 1992, where they obtained their degree in Ingeniero Industrial Superior, specializing in Organizacion Industrial.

Pedro then pursued further education in the field of management.
