Abi Alred

Abi Alred has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as the Operations Manager at Enact Conveyancing Ltd. since June 2013, overseeing re-mortgage and mortgage shortfall collections teams. Prior to this role, Abi took a career break for family care after a redundancy and held the position of Operations Manager at Drydens Lawyers from April 2000 to September 2012, where responsibilities included leading various collections teams for a prominent debt litigation firm. Early career roles include Client Manager and Collections Officer, with foundational experience as a Credit Controller and Fee Earner. Abi holds a Level 3 Professional Diploma in Law from Ilex and completed secondary education at Priesthorpe School in Leeds.
