Joy Proctor

Joy Proctor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sourcing and expense management. Currently serving as the Sourcing & Expense Management Leader at Enact Mortgage Insurance since July 2017, Joy has previously held multiple leadership roles at Genworth Financial, including Director of Vendor Relations and Sourcing Operations Team Leader, from October 2004 to March 2011. Joy Proctor earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University between 1985 and 1989.
