Nile Roberts

Nile Roberts is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in operations and service management. Currently serving as the Senior IT Director at Enact Mortgage Insurance since July 2014, Nile oversees a global technology team and is accountable for a wide range of IT services, including Service Desk Operations, End Point Security, Compliance and Controls, and the ServiceNow program. Prior to this role, Nile held positions at NetApp as a Senior Manager for ITSM solutions, Credit Suisse as Operations Manager for the Global Support Center, and Nortel as Manager of Global Desktop Operations. Nile holds a Bachelor of Science in Design and a Programming Certification from North Carolina State University.
