Rohit Maurya

Rohit Maurya has over 15 years of experience in customer success and operations management across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Enact Systems Inc. since October 2016, Rohit previously worked at UnitedHealth Group from September 2011 to March 2015, where roles included Department Manager and Assistant Manager in Operations. Prior to that, from July 2007 to October 2011, Rohit held various positions at C31 Support Services Pvt. Ltd., including Assistant Manager for Clinical Recruitment Services, Senior Subject Matter Expert, and ISO Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed project execution, operations transition, and internal auditing under ISO 9001:2008 standards. Rohit holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from K.D.K College of Engineering and completed education at All Saints High School.
