César Corachán

César Corachán has more than 20 years of experience in the oil and gas sector. César has held various leadership positions, including Global CIO at Enagás, where they oversee IT operations and ensures technological capabilities are aligned with business objectives. César has also served as Director of Digitalization and Information Technologies and Chief Data Officer at Enagás, where they led the effective use of technology and data to meet company objectives. In addition, Corachán has experience as a Professor at Escuela de Organización Industrial and as the Co-Founder and CEO of Smart Energy Assets, a startup within the Enagás group. Prior to their time at Enagás, they held roles as CTO at Enagás, Operational and Infrastructure Manager IT at Enagás, IT Consultant at Gas Natural, and Project Manager at Ibermatica.

César Corachán has a diverse education history. In 1992-1996, they pursued a degree in Systems from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. César then earned a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. from 2004 to 2009. In 2012-2013, they attended Instituto Español de la Energía and obtained a Master's degree in Energy Management and Systems Technology/Technician.

César also attended multiple business schools. In 2010, they completed the Value Management Program (VMP) at IESE Business School. Additionally, they obtained a Master's degree in Manager's ITIL Service Management from EXIN between 2007 and 2010. In 2015, they acquired a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from IESE Business School.

To further enhance their knowledge in information technology, they completed the Executive Education program in Information Technology at Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2017. In 2018, they participated in the Innovation Program in Cybersecurity at the University of Deusto, specializing in Cybersecurity.

Moreover, César holds various certifications. In 2021, they obtained a certification in "Aprende data science: Conceptos básicos" from LinkedIn. César also completed the "Data Science on Google Cloud Platform: Architecting Solutions" certification from LinkedIn in 2019.

As of 2022, César is enrolled in a course on Decentralized Finance Infrastructure at Duke University.
